Leonardo Parentoni is passionate about Law & Technology, with over 20 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. He holds a Doctorate in Law from USP. He is a professor at UFMG and IBMEC/MG. He served as a member of the inaugural National Council for Personal Data Protection and Privacy (CNPD), appointed by the Presidency of the Republic. He is the founder and coordinator of the Law, Technology, and Innovation initiative within the graduate program at the UFMG Law School. In 2017, he designed and taught Brazil's first doctoral-level course on artificial intelligence.
